These terms govern your use of Linkly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Linkly.

1. The service

Linkly converts long URLs into shorter links, optionally with a custom alias or expiration date, and provides click analytics to the link owner. The service depends on third-party hosting, authentication and database providers and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Linkly.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Linkly to create links that:

We may disable or remove links and accounts that violate these rules, and may report serious abuse to the relevant providers or authorities.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the destinations and content you link to. You grant Linkly permission to store the destination URL and related metadata solely to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to share the links you create.

5. Availability, expiration and deletion

Short links may expire if you choose an expiration period. We may also remove links that are expired, unreachable, reported or required to be removed. Linkly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis; we do not guarantee permanent retention of any short link or analytics data.

6. Analytics

Click counts and traffic breakdowns are approximate. Bots, privacy tools and network conditions can affect measurements. Analytics are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as billing-grade data.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account from the dashboard. Deletion removes your links and click records and cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkly is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
